Abstract Submission Deadline:

General Information
2019 Abstract submission is done online and requires a template to be completed to support your submission which can be downloaded here.

Abstracts will be considered for oral or poster presentation, and authors should indicate their presentation preference (Oral, Poster or Either).

Authors will be asked to complete a Conflict of Interest Declaration in the submission process.

Each submission will be blind reviewed by the ASCN UK committee.

Oral Presentations will be for a maximum of 10 minutes (exact duration to be confirmed) and all authors should include adequate time for questions within this time frame.

For Poster Presentations please note that poster boards are 1.00m wide x 2.00m high. It is recommended that displays do not exceed 1.5m in length. A supply of Velcro tabs will be available at the venue. No screws or double-sided adhesive tape will be allowed as they damage the boards.

Prizes
The ASCN UK committee will award a number of prizes for poster and oral presentations which will be assessed during conference.

Oral Prize
The committee will award 2 prizes for oral presentations at the conference. There will be an award for the winning poster and also a highly commended oral presentation.

Poster Prize
The committee will award 2 prizes for posters at the conference. There will be an award for the winning poster and also a highly commended poster.
